As part of our international expansion and market intelligence efforts, we are offering a six-month internship in International Business Development to support key strategic initiatives.To further strengthen our dynamic and highly motivated team, we are seeking to hire a International Business Development Intern 100% (m/f/d) starting May 1, 2025, or by mutual agreement.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of a global market intelligence dashboard, enhancing data accuracy.
- Contribute to the creation of Andermatt Crop Guidelines to support global agricultural best practices.
- Evaluate and assess CRM tools to optimize customer relationship management processes.
- Coordinate the preparation and execution of the annual biocontrol industry meeting (stand setup, logistics, etc.).
- Provide global marketing support such in sales, branding and communication.
- Support operational processes to improve strategic insights and decision-making.
Your Profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Agricultural Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Interest in market analysis, data management, and business intelligence.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for sustainable agriculture and international business development.
