What You'll Do:

• Procurement for entire production and prototyping
• Analyse the market and ensure a reliable supplier base for existing and new products
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure high quality and a reliable supply chain
• Collaborate with RnD for product developments
• Actively participate in continuous improvement for production and procurement related processes
• Advance ERP solution for higher productivity

What You'll Bring:

• A technical background - through education or hands-on experience in technical procurement or a related field
• A strong grasp of ERP systems and their role in scaling businesses, particularly in production planning and parts management
• Proven expertise in negotiation, vendor management, and procurement within a production or manufacturing setting
• Hands-on experience with production planning and parts management
• A passion for standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement
• A deep understanding of production and procurement workflows, enabling strategic and efficient decision-making
• Fluency in German and English - both written and spoken
