Data Expert - Talend (Qlik Talend)

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Talend Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing data-driven solutions for customers. You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle – from requirement analysis to solution deployment. Your key responsibilities include:

• Advising customers on the implementation, configuration, and optimization of (Qlik) Talend solutions
• Analyzing business needs and developing customized data solutions
• Building and managing data pipelines in Talend (data ingestion, transformation, catalog, and governance)
• Conducting trainings and workshops for customers and internal teams
• Troubleshooting and optimizing existing Talend environments
• Establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships

Your Profile

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in consulting or implementing Talend solutions.
• Expertise in designing and developing data pipelines with a solid understanding of best practices for architectures such as Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and Data Lakehouses
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Java
• Familiarity with Qlik Sense is an advantage
• Experience with NoSQL technologies, Hadoop, Hive, or HBase is a plus
• A passion for data integration, data modeling, and optimizing business processes
• Experience working with various data sources like SAP, Salesforce, ABACUS, or Sage
• Fluent German and good English skills (spoken and written)

Preferred certifications:

• Talend Certified Solution Architect or Talend Core Certified Developer
• Scrum, SAFe, or other Agile project management certifications
