Are you about to complete your master’s degree? Are you ready to embark on a journey that combines passion for wealth management, ambition, and excellence?
Our Focus-Track Graduate Programme is an 18-month journey designed to unleash your full potential, offering three rotations, including an international assignment. This unique opportunity will immerse you in Julius Baer’s global network, provide hands-on experience, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management technology.
Your team
Join us and become part of the Software Engineering Center of Excellence. During your journey, you will gain experience and insight into the specification, design, implementation and maintenance of software solutions. YOUR CHALLENGE

Learn to design and implement software applications with the latest available stack. (Java, SpringBoot, .NET Core, React, Angular, Kafka)

Deliver real applications to our customers, helping Julius Baer to transform the way we support our customers across the globe

Collaborate with different stakeholders throughout the development process. These can be Architects, Product Owners or business partners

Learn and apply modern agile ways of working

YOUR PROFILE

Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in computer science, software engineering or a technology-related area (graduation max. 12 months ago)

Initial practical experience in creating applications with new technologies

Can-do attitude, you value delivering things more than discussing how to do things

Strong analytical, conceptual skills and fast thinker

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Independent, resilient, and team-oriented personality

Entrepreneurial mindset, must be willingness to take responsibility

Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth

A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning

Fluency in English with additional languages being a plus
