About the position:
Responsible for developing brand strategies to maximise ticket sales and increase brand awareness internationally. Ensure coherent positioning and brand communication and adherence to the marketing budget. We are looking for an individual who is strongly data-driven and dependent on their analytical insights to make decisions.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsibility for marketing strategy & budget planning.
- Support in the implementation of marketing strategies (esp. positioning).
- Responsibility for ticket sales targets and attendance figures for the event and all associated products.
- Promoting positive brand development in order to position the brand in line with the defined objectives.
- Developing new innovative marketing ideas and formats.
- Responsibility for internal and external communication regarding the health.tech brand.
- CRM / Revenue Operations.
- Responsibility for the correct and sensible implementation of processes and structures in our CRM, in particular to achieve the company's revenue targets.
- Implementation and utilisation of dashboards for regular controlling.
- Management of the Marketing team.
Decision-making:
- Responsibility for the budget and financial planning in the marketing area
- Measures to strengthen positioning and reach
- Adjustments to ticket pricing (in consultation with the Managing Director)
