Description
- Receiving and attending to customers and guests - as the first point of contact, you are quickly and reliably addressing the needs of employees and visitors
- Being responsible for the smooth operational flow and compliance with relevant guidelines at the location
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of office management
- Collaborating in Facility Management - managing suppliers and organizing activities
- Independently handling orders and purchases
- Contributing to various internal projects
- Creating reports, articles, and presentations for internal communication
- Working with various media and event technology in this role, frequently coming into contact with new technologies
- Keeping track of necessary maintenance measures and initiating them (e.g., cleaning companies, property management, etc.)
Profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent education - preferably in hospitality or facility management
- Fluency in both German (C1 level) and English is required. Knowledge of Swiss German is a plus, but not essential
- Very good MS Office skills. Proficient in using PCs, with a good technical understanding and an interest in learning about new media
- Team- and service-oriented personality, able to set priorities
- Outgoing and communicative team player with a service-oriented approach
- Dynamic, practical, and structured working style, as well as reliability, quick comprehension, and results-driven work
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as high social competence
