Position OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and motivated Commis de Cuisine to join our kitchen team for the Winter 2024/2025 season. The ideal candidate will assist our chefs in delivering high-quality dishes, maintaining the highest standards of food preparation, and contributing to the overall success of our dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of meals as per the hotels menu and chefs instructions.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.Ensure all food is stored and handled properly in accordance with health and safety regulations.Support senior chefs in various tasks, including meal prep, plating, and quality control.Work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak times, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.Adhere to hotel and kitchen procedures regarding hygiene and safety.Qualifications
