Job description:
As the Director of Sales and Account Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving PROMATIS’s growth by managing client relationships and overseeing the implementation of digitalization strategies. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing clients to identify their needs and develop tailored solutions that leverage the power of Oracle technologies, with a strong emphasis on intelligent business processes and digital transformation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the identification and acquisition of new business opportunities, building and sustaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal generation to contract negotiation and finalization.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, including process experts and IT specialists, to design and implement customized digitization solutions for clients.
- Supporting clients through project implementation and ensuring their long-term success with post-implementation operational support.
- Participating in the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns and business development strategies to reach potential customers.
- Fostering and strengthening strategic partnerships, particularly with Oracle, to enhance business opportunities.
Preferred qualifications:
- Proven track record in client acquisition, with the ability to self-generate leads and manage the full sales lifecycle.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with business application software in at least one of the following areas: ERP, SCM/Logistics, EPM, CX, HCM.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and present effectively at all levels of an organization.
- A self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented approach, with excellent organizational and relationship management skills.
- At least 4 years of client-facing experience, ideally in a sales or account management capacity within the IT or software industry.
- Experience in managing complex sales processes, including long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.

Salary & Benefits:
A competitive compensation model will be discussed during the interview process.
OTE $180,000 - $200,000
Travel:
Travel requirements are expected to be 25% to 50%, with potential for both domestic and international travel.
