About the Role
As a Videographer & Videoeditor, you will play a key role in creating high-quality video content that is both engaging and visually compelling. Your primary focus will be on maximizing watch time and retention by producing dynamic and well-structured videos.

Your Responsibilities
Filming & Production
- Shooting corporate interviews, talking head videos, and social media content
- Ensuring quality video and audio recording using in-house equipment (cameras, lenses, microphones, lights, etc.)
- Framing and composing shots to create visually appealing and dynamic content
Editing & Post-Production
- Optionally applying color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to enhance video quality
- Structuring edits to ensure strong engagement and retention across platforms
What You Bring
- Proficiency in video editing, preferably in DaVinci Resolve (or Premiere Pro)
- Beginner experience with cameras and filming techniques for quality video production
- A good eye for composition, pacing, and storytelling
- Good German and English skills
- A creative mindset and willingness to experiment with new ideas
