Identity services like SwissID provide public authorities, insurance providers, banks and other online services with a certified identification process, enabling simple and efficient customer onboarding. Your new challenge
As a team member, it is up to you to understand which solution best fits the customer's requirements, propose an implementation concept and realise it. Coordinate this with our development team and ensure delivery quality.
You will have a mix of technical and people skills and will be a cornerstone that a customer can rely on to make their project a success. This will start with pre-sales activities to understand customer needs through to implementation for a successful go-live. You will be the main point of contact for any further support, requirement or business analysis.

- Technical presales activities along with the sales team
- Project management and consulting
- On-prem architecture definition
- Manage product installation, support and maintenance
- Translation of business needs to technical feature with product managers
- Work to improve and promote customer retention
What you bring along
- University/technical college degree in computer science or comparable
- 8+ years of professional software implementation
- 5+ years of project management and customer facing missions
- Proven proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven proficiency with PKI and network concept
- Proven proficiency of project management
- Trust budling mindset and problem-solving oriented
- Good written and verbal communication skills in French or German and English
