Job Duties: Serve as a key member of the J&J People Analytics Leadership team and play a critical role in ensuring the People Analytics team is addressing the most pressing people challenges across the Enterprise Functions (Human Resources, IT, Finance, Legal, and Communications). Partner with a broad network of Human Resources functions and roles including HR Business Partners, HR Senior Leaders, HR Centers of Excellence (e.g. Diversity, Total Rewards, Learning, etc.), and business leaders to provide analytic solutioning, best practice advice, and strategic consulting in response to their most pressing business questions. Develop analytics proposals, engage in and lead all aspects of analytics work, and deliver practical, datadriven insights. Interact and influence members of the HR Executive Committee and other senior business leaders on high profile people analyses. Drive senior leaders to points of action or decisions based on objective data. Execute complicated business questions using simplified agile methods. Align with strategy and mission of People Analytics in work design and delivery. Work seamlessly with other people analytic consultants and colleagues to arrive at consistent methodologies, analytic guidelines, and best practices. across the people analytics function. Work with each HR Business Partner for their specific function to solution for business needs while aligning across all enterprise functions for simplification and synergies where possible. Elevate the overall analytics capabilities of the HR community on analytic skills, such as story-telling, analytics tool use, data interpretation, leveraging trends, best practice, and privacy of data use. Reconcile and translate Enterprise Functions business strategies into testable hypotheses and partner across the full span of Decision Science to design and execute the analytical projects to deliver actionable insights back to Enterprise Functions Business Unit Leaders.
