<p><strong>As part of increasing the activity of one of our clients, we are looking for a Requirements and Test Engineer with an experience in a safety critical domain (m/f) with experience on IBM doors or Siemens Polarion</strong></p><p><strong>1. Main mission:</strong></p><ul><li>You work independently within an Agile team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.</li><li>You collaborate with end users and cross-functional teams to gather business needs and functional requirements.</li><li>You interpret Functional System Requirements (FSRE) provided by Business Analysts.</li><li>You draft, review, and update Equipment Requirements (ERE) with the Product Owner in Polarion, ensuring traceability to the FSRE.</li><li>You develop and maintain test cases in Polarion to achieve full coverage of Equipment Requirements (ERE).</li><li>You configure and prepare test platforms.</li><li>You develop automated test scripts for the testing environment using tools like Squish and Python.</li><li>You execute both manual and automated tests during the sprint's Build phase or during Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and document the results.</li><li>You analyze and report bugs in the issue tracking database, contributing to their classification.</li><li>You serve as the point of contact for clarifying defects or Equipment Requirements (ERE) concerns.</li></ul><p><strong>2. Personal skills and competencies:</strong></p><ul><li>You have strong analytical skills, allowing you to understand user needs and translate them into clear requirements for the development team.</li><li>You are adaptable, self-driven, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team.</li><li>You are organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage your time effectively.</li><li>You demonstrate resilience under pressure and are flexible in your approach.</li></ul><p><strong>3. Mandatory technical skills:</strong></p><ul><li>You possess proven experience in writing system and software specifications, as well as in system and software testing.</li><li>You have proven experience with test automation tools, particularly using Python (experience with Squish and Jenkins is a significant asset).</li><li>Experience with Polarion is a major advantage for this role.</li><li>Experience in Java development is a plus.</li><li>Experience in Java with JUnit for test automation is an added advantage.</li></ul><p> <strong>4. Prior experience:</strong></p><ul><li>You have at least 5 years of experience in Air Traffic Management or other safety-critical domains.</li><li>Familiarity with standards such as ED153/ED109A or ED12B/C is highly advantageous.</li></ul><p><strong> 5.
