Marketing Associate - Rare Diseases - VIE Contract

As Marketing Associate - Rare Diseases VIE in our Marketing team you will have the opportunity to learn about how marketing works in the pharmaceutical industry through involvement in the creation of materials and digital initiatives in agreement with the marketing strategy, our priorities, and needs.

Main responsibilities
- Support and contribute to the marketing activities of the Swiss marketing organization in the area of Rare Diseases and Rare Blood Disorders in collaboration with the medical team.
- Manage clearly defined projects on its own, provide regular update to the commercial head.
- Support the development of innovative strategies and activities for the promotion of the products in the market.
- Market intelligence: analyze the market, competition and sales, investigate scientific questions to build further knowledge on our products and differentiate those in their markets.
- Plan and lead projects with external providers, such as agencies, media or external consultants (mainly in German language).
- Prepare and execute conferences, symposia, customer events.
About you
Experience:
- Knowledge, experience, or interest in pharma industry and marketing field would be an asset.
Soft and Technical skills:
- Strong team player and good communicator.
- Customer focused with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Committing towards work, creative mind-set and motivational attitude.
- Openness towards new digital channels and tools.
Education:
- Master’s degree in Biology/Medicine, Pharma D/Pharmaceuticals or other natural sciences.
Languages:
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- German language skills (B1 at least).
