Your challenge

Lead and manage SAP Development Team Members
-
Recruitment, mentoring, training, performance appraisal, objective agreements, as well as on-call service, absences and holidays planning
-
Coordinate all internal and external resources related to the team
-
Be responsible for the coordination of tickets and technical tasks, team projects and incidents management (costs, deadlines, specifications, quotations)

Ensure SAP development governance application and its evolution
-
Manage the communication and coordination with internal customers
-
Work with quality assurance to define standards and procedures
Your qualifications
-
University or Master degree level, or equivalent graduate in Information Technology or Information Management
-
At least 5 to 8 years of working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4
-
Strong work experience in Team management (5 people and more)

Communication and change management skills
-
Service and customer oriented, team worker, and open-minded
-
Deep knowledge of SAP technical architecture
-
In depth understanding of SAP ABAP language, SAP R/3 and S4 programming capabilities and development best practices

Coordination with architects’ colleagues to decide about most suitable frameworks and technologies
-
Solid experience with SAP ABAP OO, Interfaces, all kind of Forms technologies, Webservices, Fiori and SAP UI5
-
Understanding complex business processes and can communicate within international organizations

French and English written and spoken (mandatory) any additional languages are welcome
