Key Responsibilities

• Addressing customer’s inquiries and delivering technical expertise
• Conduct device testing and equipment repairs while tracking failure rates and identifying critical issues
• Conduct comprehensive final testing of products to ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct engineering support activities such as review of procedures (manufacturing procedures, testing procedures, approvals, etc.)
• Develop and conduct training sessions for customers
• Carry out field installations and measurements
• Support other departments in creating technical documentation in English such as user’s manuals, technical drawings, wiring schematics, etc. 

Qualifications

• Possess an Electronic Technician certification (EFZ / CFC) or equivalent; higher education qualifications will also be considered

Your Skills

• Strong technical proficiency with a proven ability to rapidly acquire new skills and knowledge
• Wide expertise in reading and interpreting circuit diagrams, with a strong understanding of the operational principles and key parameters of electrical components
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), other languages are an advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (mainly Word and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic team-work oriented environment 
• Adaptable to changing tasks and capable of handling pressure effectively
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasions
