Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. The job in brief
- Job Title - Business Development Manager
- Working model - hybrid from Switzerland
- Team - you will join the Ancillary team within the Platform department.
- Level - Professional
- Location - Chiasso (hybrid model)
- Contract - Permanent- full-time (EUR 36 h/week)
- Travel time required - average 5-10% (commercial events EMEA)
What your impact will be
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Identify new products, market gaps, and trends.
- Supplier Scouting: Research, evaluate, and track potential partners.
- Business Case Development: Assess opportunities and engage stakeholders.
- Revenue Growth: Propose and track new ancillary product opportunities.
- Contract Negotiation: Support discussions and work with Legal.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding.
- Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing partners, monitor performance, and optimize collaboration.
Qualifications
Your expertise
- Experience: Business development in travel, e-commerce, or related fields.
- Skills: Negotiation, analytics, stakeholder management.
- Technical: Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Powerpoints).
- Language: Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
Desirable
- Experience: previous experience in similar roles or industry
- Technical skills: knowledge of SQL is a plus
