As part of services for Swiss companies, we are looking for an Accountant.
Job duties / responsibilities:
- Implementation and supervision of bookkeeping and financial statements for selected clients, mainly Swiss commercial entities
- Preparation of asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
- Preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports
- Liaise with auditors in Switzerland and other jurisdictions
- Prepare and file the federal, cantonal and local tax returns including VAT
- Complies with federal, cantonal and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
- Preparation of special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
- Meeting clients together with relationship managers if required
- Supervision of payrol administration for clients entities
