We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Machine Operator to operate a state-of-the-art, fully automated sports shoe manufacturing line in Zurich.You will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines that incorporate a polymer extrusion process, automation, and robotics in a production setting.As Production Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the machinery, conducting regular maintenance, and addressing any minor issues that may arise during production.

Your Mission

As a Production Machine Operator you will:

• Operate production machines that utilise extrusion, automation, androbotics technology
• Set up machines for production runs according to specifications andquality standards
• Monitor machine performance during production to ensure output meetsquality requirements
• Conduct routine maintenance on the machinery to prevent downtime andensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues that may impact productionefficiency
• Follow established production schedules to meet output targets.Maintain thorough and accurate records of production activities andmachine maintenance
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimise productionprocesses and efficiency
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe workingenvironment
