We are looking for outcome-driven and ambitious Global Product Manager to join a Zurich-based organisation in the textile industry. In this dynamic role, you'll lead the development and success of innovative product groups - driving strategy, market launches, and performance across the full product lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with teams across Innovation, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, turning market insights and customer needs into impactful product solutions.
Global Product Manager
Your tasks
- End to end coordination of product development aligned with product strategy and business goals
- Responsibility for entire product lifecycle management
- Drive user research, competitor benchmarking, and market trends analysis.
- Create training materials and technical content for marketing and sales teams
- Collaborate with Innovation, Marketing, Sales, and Operations for seamless execution along the value chain
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for client-facing teams
- Internal and external senior stakeholder management
Your profile
- Degree in business administration or related field
- First relevant work experience in product management within the textile industry
- Strong project management record, paired with analytical and strategic skills
- Proven ability to work in multicultural teams and lead cross-functional customer-focused initiatives
- Skilled in performance analysis, reporting, and process optimization
- Excellent communication in English and German
- Open, respectful, and proactive team player who values transparency and trust
