- University degree
- Several years of experience in the area of software release management or software engineering, preferably within the Financial Services sector
- Proven track record of leading large teams in fast-paced environments
- Experience in designing efficient operating models across large teams
- Ability to communicate complex subjects effectively in English is a mandatory requirement
