IHRE AUFGABEN

• The ongoing project is consolidating Regulatory Reporting requirements for BJB Group and BJB Switzerland under one umbrella

• It covers FINMA triggers (changes to circulars) to Capital or Liquidity Reporting, SNB related changes, as well as BJB internal initiatives and changes, that have a direct or indirect impact on the Axiom reporting solution

In order to remain compliant with the regulatory framework, the project needs to ensure:

• Proper sourcing of new data requirements

• Proper integration of changes in the data model

• Liaising required implementation work with the external vendor under consideration of the overall impact on BJB reporting figures

• Responsible for end-to-end project delivery based on committed scope, time, quality and costs

• Responsible for the quality assurance process of the work packages/document deliverables

• Responsible for tasking external solution provider with the development of the necessary solution enhancements / configurations

• Ensuring project compliance to project governance and minimal standards

• Responsible for a successful roll-out / go-live of the solution

• Responsible for successful hand-over of solution to the Operations organizations

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in managing projects with respective CTB Budgets > 1mCHF in classic methodology

• Experience in managing projects with external / third party solution providers

• Enjoying close interaction with multiple teams and coordination between various stakeholders (IT and Business)

• Willing and able to also take care of the administrative parts of the project (reporting, financial controlling, etc.)

• Good presentation and communication skills

• Fast learner and understanding of business context and project governance

• Able to communicate with business and technical stakeholders

• Communication, problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, coaching, can-do spirit

• Negotiation skills with different stakeholder groups

• Fluent English oral and written is a must, very good German skills are highly beneficial
