Join our team to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance processes. Tasks:
- Act as the primary liaison with internal customers to align IT operations with digital business objectives
- Provide second-level support for the end-to-end fulfillment process across Sunrise's entire product portfolio, resolving incidents promptly to minimize customer impact
- Investigate root causes of issues within fulfillment processes, reporting defects and creating change requests to enhance business operations
- Collaborate closely with development, testing, and business teams to facilitate incident resolution and enable rapid system rollouts
- Monitor the system status for provisioning and integration of Sunrise platforms (e.g., Clarify CRM, My Sunrise, Comptel InstantLink, and more) to ensure stability and performance
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Application Support Team in projects, identifying operational risks and proposing solutions for exception handling
Requirements:
- A relevant university degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in SQL/PLSQL, Oracle databases, and Unix environments, with a strong understanding of IT governance and E2E processes
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably Amdocs Clarify) and familiarity with incident management processes
- Experience monitoring and supporting online domains with a focus on performance and results
- A background in technology consulting, system integration, or engineering within multi-vendor or international environments
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, capable of managing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
