We are seeking an Exhibition Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and management of our exhibitions and events. This position is immediately available and ideal for an enthusiastic individual passionate about art, technology, and project management.
As the Exhibition Coordinator, you will:
- Assist and guide exhibitors and artists in preparing and setting up their booths at the fair, ensuring all specific requirements are met.
- Provide logistical support to exhibitors and artists, including coordinating shipping, installation, and deinstallation.
- Be in touch with providers to oversee setup and deinstallation at the fair and events, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution.
- Support event organization, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with ArtMeta’s standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for exhibitors and artists, addressing their needs and resolving any challenges before, during, and after the fair or events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exhibitors and artists have all necessary resources for a successful presentation.
- Oversee venue setup, ensuring all technical and exhibitor requirements are met.
- Serve as the primary liaison between exhibitors, vendors, and contractors during event execution.
- Manage timelines and resources effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and continuously improve the exhibitor's guidelines and manual to ensure clarity, relevance, and ease of use.
- Assist in the curation process by supporting the artistic team in delivering innovative logistical solutions.
- Ensure all exhibitions and events align with ArtMeta’s vision and maintain the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all operational aspects of exhibitions and events.
- Handle providers, permits, and venue agreements.
- Organize and manage shipping, packing, and storage of artworks.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure seamless promotion of exhibitions.
- Coordinate providers to ensure seamless execution of all logistical tasks.
- Develop post-event reports and recommendations for improvement.
Qualification Requirements:
- Proven experience in exhibition coordination, event planning, or project management, experience in the fields of arts is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with digital art, Web3 technologies, or blockchain is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
