As the Director Marketing & PR you are responsible for developing and executing and integrated strategy that aligns with our clients growth objectives, while establishing a strong brand identity and building a dynamic marketing capability
As a pioneer and innovative driver in the wellness and Health industry our client, a medium-sized company, is pushing the boundaries of its customers from all over the world to reach potential through optimal health.
In the course of further expansion we are looking for a Director Marketing & PR (m/f/d), with comprehensive knowledge in growth-marketing and experience inside the luxury-, health- and /or hospitality-world. Place of work is Kanton Zug in Switzerland
Description
- Curate forward-thinking marketing talent and capabilities, establishing a unique brand identity and tone across all channels and geographies
- Develop a strategic vision to deliver growth and revenue, supporting the marketing team in executing data-driven campaigns that strengthen the brand worldwide
- Identify new growth opportunities and proactively address industry challenges
- Champion a partnership mentality where the marketing team can act as effective consultants to partner properties and internal stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted brand ambassador at industry events, and sharing thought leadership with media, clients, and partners
- Working with the Communications Consultant and PR agencies to oversee PR initiatives and media relations, building high-impact relationships with key outlets and influencers
- Ensure all agency partners and suppliers are set to deliver maximum ROI through defined scopes of work
- Lead a cross-functional team focused on best-in-class marketing, analytic, and technology, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and high performance
- Foster a team environment that champions growth, encouraging personal and career development while maintaining an internal and external talent pipeline
- Guide digital and content marketing strategies, ensuring consistency in storytelling and maximising impact across channels
- Ensure marketing team activity is aligned to specific performance objectives and measured for effectiveness
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing and public relations, ideally in luxury, wellness, or hospitality sectors
- Ability and experience in working in a small, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and proficiency in brand storytelling
- Proven experience in managing partnerships, agency relationships, and driving ROI
- Strong analytical skills and a collaborative, innovative approach to team leadership
- Business fluent in English, further language skills would be an advantage
