As part of our R&D department, you are a key contributor to the further development of our liposomal drugs in oncology and neurology as well as the enhancement of the existing product pipeline.

Your responsibilities include: 

• Design and execution of experiments regarding the formulation development of existing drug prototypes and the discovery of new prototypes in liposomal drug delivery
• Planning and realization of preclinical studies together with external collaborators
• Analysis of research results to assess transferability of prototypes to industrial pharmaceutical production

As prerequisites for this exciting job, we expect a PhD in a relevant scientific field, e.g. in (bio)chemistry, (molecular/micro)-biology, biomedical research or pharmacy. You have a strong scientific background and ideally have experience in working with liposomes. You use yourknowledge to develop experiments for testing new ideas to develop and expand the product pipeline. You enjoy working creatively in the lab, show initiative as well as team spirit and are excited to participate in the dynamics of an innovative start-up company. Furthermore, good communication skills in English are required and knowledge of German is beneficial.
