Program Manager vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Technology & IT Provider sector.
Your tasks:
- Planning, executing, monitoring and transferring projects and processes end-to-end
- Being responsible for continuous improvements across a variety of fields
- Providing ad-hoc advisory and guidance for stakeholders on best-practices of execution
- Collaborating with technical program managers, product managers, engineering teams, analytical leads and other functions to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Developing and maintaining plans and trackers, managing bug filing and tracking as well as organizing effective meetings
- Implementing project management tools and processes to streamline Dev velocity
Your experience/knowledge:
- 6+ years of relevant work experience as a Program Manager, preferably in the technical area
- A thorough understanding of the software product lifecycle and program structuring through phases, including Ideation, UX and UXR, Objectives, Workstreams, Testing and Roll out
- Knowhow of partnering with product and engineering teams as well as working in a cross functional set up, including BD, Marketing, Legal and Operations
- Familiarity with SQL, building dashboards, App scripts and automated tooling is a plus
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken
