Scholars at HEC Lausanne and the Department of Strategy, Globalization and Society (SGS), to which the postdoctoral researcher will be affiliated, regularly publish their research in top journals such as American Economic Review, Quarterly Journal of Economics, Review of Economic Studies, Strategic Management Journal, Management Science, Organization Science, and many others.

This postdoctoral position is full-time and entirely focused on academic research – that is, it comes without teaching obligations. The position is funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) through a four-year research grant assigned to the project “Sustaining Credible Promises in Collaborative Relationships: The Interaction of Formal and Relational Enforcement Mechanisms,” whose Principal Investigator is Prof. Zanarone. The project’s team includes Prof. Ricard Gil (Queen’s University and IESE), Prof. Silke Forbes (Tufts University), and Prof. Gani Aldashev (U. Libre de Bruxelles and ECARES). As a postdoctoral researcher, you will have the opportunity to engage in research collaborations with Prof. Zanarone, to develop and strengthen your own research agenda, and to integrate into the research network and activities at HEC Lausanne.
