KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• As a member of the transnational Information Security Committee of the parent company Mediclinic International you are responsible for defining and implementing the security strategy for the Mediclinic Group
• You are responsible for the prioritization, implementation, Management and auditing of the security strategy for Hirslanden, working closely with external providers and internal operational teams
• Ensure governance and compliance with IT risk and information security policies and standards, including applicable ISMS regulatory requirements
• Manage vulnerabilities and threats within the Hirslanden landscape
• Lead divisional security incident response and recovery
• Perform and/or coordinate security impact assessments in situations of business change and IT-related projects on Group and Divisional level
• Support for the external security operations and monitoring activities.
• Carrying out monthly vulnerability scans including reporting
• Manage and control budgets and third part agreements
• Lead and manage the people in the team

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Completed vocational training (commercial or technical apprenticeship)
• Further education in computer science or equivalent training with a corresponding qualification
• Thorough understanding of information security frameworks and standards
• ITIL training
• Good basic IT knowledge (computer architecture, information systems, network and telecommunications, Internet technology and databases)
• Knowledge of the ICT security and information security solutions and how to architect these into broader IT installation
• ICT security and data privacy impact assessments
• IT security incident response planning and practices
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skill
