The AO's Community Development department is seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team focused on the administration of our AO Fellowship programs. With a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach, you will play a key role in providing a memorable and impactful experience for young surgeons participating in our fellowship programs.
In this role you will be required to manage all aspects of the short-term fellowship program with focus on AO Spine:
- Daily management of the fellowship, including serving as the primary point of contact for fellows throughout their fellowship experience, providing guidance and support.
- Monitoring all activities of the fellowship and initiating stipend payments in time.
- Monitoring the budget for the fellowship program.
- Application process for the fellowship program, including review of applications for completeness.
- Facilitating the placement process and monitoring the budget
- Using Fellowship management system and Salesforce as business tools.
- BSc or Higher Education "Fachausweis" in relevant field (Information Technology, Management or Business).
- Clear and professional communication with fellows, host institutions, and other stakeholders
- Excellent project coordination skills with accurate and reliable, proactive, structured and detail-oriented way of working.
- Strong service and people orientation.
- Effective collaboration within the team, mutual support, and open communication to optimize processes and ensure program success.
- Excellent in English written and spoken.
- This role is based in Davos with possibility of hybrid working environment (2 days/week in office required)
