The Position

In this internship, you will support the Roche Consulting team. We are a small and rapidly growing team with a global remit to embed a consulting approach to support the business growth of our products and solutions. Our projects are client facing, which could be anyone from a Hospital CEO, a ministry of health economist or a head of oncology. We work with Roche affiliates around the world from the Outback to Oslo.
This internship position is located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland. We work flexibly from home and our client sites. International travel is also required to support and deliver projects for our affiliates and their customers.
Key Responsibilities

Planning and supporting the successful execution of internal and external projects

The development and scale of our consulting approaches, tools and methodologies specifically in the fields of real world data, economics and population health and healthcare systems

Contribute to thought leadership and use case development as well as internal strategy and communications
Who You Are
You have completed your Bachelor’s studies in Business or Health after February 2024 and/or started your Master’s studies in Public Health, Health Economics, Data Science or Business Administration at a university and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship.
Furthermore you are

Previous experience in project and change management preferred

Strong and clear communicator with a passion for healthcare required

Fluent in English and one other language preferred
Technical details:
The start date for the internship is March 2025 with a duration of 12 months.
Part-time employment is not possible.
If required, it is possible to write a thesis during the internship.
The application deadline is November 11th. Interviews will take place in late November and early December.
