Job description:
Responsibilities will include:
- Prepare regular analytical reports on the performance and risk of the bank's Pension Fund.
- Present comprehensive performance and risk analytics to oversight and investment committees, providing clear insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives on sustainability and the potential introduction of new asset classes, leveraging analytical insights to support these initiatives.
- Coordinate the definition and implementation of the strategic asset allocation (SAA) of the Pension Fund, using data-driven analysis to inform decisions.
About the customer:
This is an initial contract running for initially 6 months with option to extend on a long term basis based on the project road maps, with start date by April latest.
The successful candidate will have close interactions with colleagues in Middle Office, as well as the Asset Management/portfolio Management unit outside of Middle Office and Senior Management.
Requirements:
You will possess as many of the following skills as possible:
- Solid technical background in the valuation of financial assets as well as performance and risk analysis e.g. as Risk or Performance Analyst, Portfolio Manager or Investment Management / Asset Management Expert
- Experience in the Asset Management Industry, ideally with previous experience in the management of pension funds
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g. SQL queries, Excel, Python, etc.)
- Broad experience in different asset classes (e.g. fixed income, equities, infrastructure, real estate, FX etc.).
- Experience working with an Asset Management system (preferably Aladdin)
- Fluency in English

Please note interviews would be conducted via video call, however the role is based 100% in Switzerland. Our client offers:
