Your challenge

• Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP complex projects, ensuring adherence to the Project Management methodologies like SAP Activate, SAFe, DevOps
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful SAP project execution
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive management
• Develop and maintain detailed SAP project plans / roadmaps, including resource allocation, timelines and budgets
• Lead transformation and change management as part of the major SAP programs and projects
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and expectations
• Active participation in global SAP Project Portfolio Management
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the SAP project lifecycle
• Ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives and deliver value

Your qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least three years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Proven track record of managing complex SAP/IT projects in an agile environment, including experience with SAP implementation, migration, or upgrades
• Credentials like PMP (Project Management Professional), SAP Implementing SAFe, Certified ScrumMaster or equivalent
• Knowledge of SAP software and technologies, as well as understanding of system integration and IT architecture
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage stakeholders, and drive SAP projects to successful completion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
• Strong team player with willingness to take ownership
• Fluent business English is a must, German is a plus
