How you can make an impact
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our Stadler Signalling RAMS department.
- Overseeing a team of 12 employees working in areas such as RAMS Management, Validation, Verification, Information and Cyber Security, Safety Inspection, Quality Management, and general homologation topics
- Focusing on enhancing individual skills and team performance
- Organizing the department, assigning tasks, planning activities, and monitoring progress
- Representing the team in leadership meetings and strategic decisions
- Representing the RAMS department in order reviews and in front of assessors, authorities, customers, and at public events
- Being part of expert groups and contributing to the development of the department
How you will contribute
- Completed technical education from ETH / TU / FH or equivalent
- Experience in functional safety and knowledge of railway standards (e.g., EN 50126, 50128, 50129, 50716, TS 50701, ISO 27001, ISO 9001) and/or signaling is an advantage
- Fluent in English and German
- Open, communicative, stress-resistant, and flexible personality with an independent, goal-oriented, and forward-looking approach to work
- High motivation to learn about new technologies, development processes, and tools
- Start immediately or upon agreement
