Job summary:
The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for driving projects schedules and leading projects across company and customer representatives based on company priorities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Project Plans per defined project methodology.
- Ensure successful execution of the defined project scope.
- Effectively utilize company resources to meet project scope.
- Be solution oriented with the ability to identify and successfully manage project risks.
- Communicate overall project status based on defined project methodology.
- Contribute to overall project process improvement.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
- Performs other duties or special projects as requested.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience working in hospital/hospital type environments.
- Must have independent work skills, a strong work ethic, strong leadership skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations.
- Possess excellent diplomacy and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of hospital administration and Masimo cross functional teams.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Project.
- Skills in Networking, Computer Languages (Linux, Windows), Medical device, Integration with Healthcare systems.
- Fluent in English and German. Any other European language is an asset.
Education:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering.
