The CoreLab Reagent Elecsys and cross Life-Cycle project Team (CLR EX) is responsible for a broad range of Roche’s diagnostic portfolio in the core laboratories of our customers. The team drives the commercial success of diagnostic tests to detect diseases or disease risks related to Thyroid, Bone, Fertility, Anemia, and Growth Hormones, among others. In an international environment, 9 International Product Managers and 1 Intern are driving the success of these products with profound product management, ensuring legal, regulatory and quality compliance and taking care of a bunch of cross functional - cross lifecycle team activities.
This internship position is located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland on site. A certain percentage of home office is possible.
Key Responsibilities

Assist product managers with product management along the complete lifecycle.Topics, could include some of the following responsibilities, but might not be limited to them:

requirement collection and assay development

launch preparation and roll out
-
on market support including creation of marketing, technical and educational material

activities to drive profitability and serviceability

ensure compliance to quality, regulatory and legal

conversion and phase-out of products

Assist product managers with cross functional - cross lifecycle team activities projects

Close collaboration with affiliates and regional representatives

Close collaboration with internal stakeholders like Operations, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Legal, CIR, Finance, other Core Lab LCTs
Who You Are
You are enrolled or have completed your Bachelor’s / Master’s studies at a university, preferably in the field of diagnostics and life science after February 2024 and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship.

You are reliable, willing to learn new things, have a strong self-reflection and ability to work independently in a changing environment. You show ownership as well as responsibility for submitted tasks

Your English skills are excellent in oral and written communication

Preferably, you have already had first experience in the field of product or project management
Technical details:
The start date for the internship is March 2025 with a duration of 12 months.
Part-time employment is not possible.
It is not possible to write a thesis during the internship.
The application deadline is November 11th. Interviews will take place in late November and early December.
