Description
You will report directly to the CCO and have a key role in the organization as an HR Generalist. Your responsibilities include:
HR Tasks (70%)
- Primary point of contact for local employee inquiries on all HR-related topics
- Management of the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Supporting employees' needs and concerns while fostering a positive and engaged work environment
- Coordination of employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes
- Support for performance reviews, employee development, and training initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies in HR matters
- Point of contact for authorities, coordination of legal documents, and ensuring compliance with local regulations
General Office Tasks (30%)
- Coordination of office facilities, maintenance management, event organization, and budget monitoring
- Oversight of office operations, office supplies and systems management, handling correspondence and documents
- Planning and organizing office activities/travels, and providing back-office support
Profile
- Successfully completed qualification in HR
- Several years of work experience in Switzerland as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong expertise in local HR regulations, company policies and processes, as well as compliance requirements
- Previous experience in a multinational, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment
- Fluent in (Swiss) German and English
- Proficient in MS Office and affinity for systems
- Open and communicative personality, able to interact at all levels of an organization
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Efficient problem-solver with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Initiative and proactivity combined with the ability to develop and improve processes
- Willingness to shape and promote positive change in the workplace
