With the purpose of driving consistency and excellence in commercialisation capability building, ensuring that the right future-relevant mindsets, knowledge & skills are built efficiently & effectively across Pharma International, Roche created the Commercialisation Capabilities Center of Excellence. As a centralised cross-functional team with a strong background in developing and implementing commercial capability building programs, this group will bring together dedicated people with diverse specialised expertise to enable consistent, sustainable and effective Commercialisation Capability Building across Disease Areas in Pharma International.
The Opportunity:
As the Trainer & Community Enabler, you will hold a crucial and influential role within the Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Commercialisation Capabilities. This leadership position is responsible for steering the engagement and development of high-impact Capability Communities, such as the 'Train the Trainer' community and Enabler Communities (e.g., PPOC Leaders, Medical Leaders). The Lead Trainer & Community Enabler will create and drive comprehensive engagement strategies that align with strategic business outcomes and capability enhancement objectives. Moreover, this role will build and sustain robust partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, General Managers, Area Heads, and global leaders, to maximise the effectiveness of communication channels and engagement impact. Your main responsibilities are, but not limited to:

Community Engagement and Leadership Development: Lead and develop high-impact Capability Communities, mentors and coaches community leaders, advances the Trainer community autonomously, mobilises adoption of new initiatives, executes change management plans, and provides advanced train-the-trainer facilitation support.

Strategic Engagement and Execution: Develops and implements a holistic engagement strategy for the CoE aligning with strategic business objectives, leads partnerships with PI Internal Communications to optimise channels, and facilitates forums for sustainable collaboration and knowledge sharing among senior community members.

Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Evaluates engagement strategies through data-driven insights, partners with the Learning Experience and Design Lead for data-informed enhancements, and continuously applies best practices in community engagement and knowledge dissemination.
Who you are:

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Science related, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

With proven and influential experience in community engagement, network development, or related roles, you demonstrate the ability to develop and implement sophisticated engagement strategies that drive advanced community development and knowledge sharing.

You have extensive experience in collaborating with and influencing senior leadership in a cross-functional and global setting, and practical experience in multiple commercialisation roles such as marketing, sales/in-field, medical, digital. A strong understanding of instructional design for training, particularly in medical or scientific contexts, is preferred.

With exceptional strategic thinking and innovative approaches to community engagement and network leadership, you demonstrate superior communication and interpersonal skills, and outstanding partnership-building skills with internal communications teams and key stakeholders.

You demonstrate robust project management capabilities, adept at managing multiple high-priority initiatives to deliver tangible results and high proficiency in using advanced communication and collaboration tools and platforms.

With strong ability to develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, your analytical expertise allows you to evaluate and enhance engagement strategies continually.

You demonstrate an innovative mindset with a relentless pursuit of excellence in community engagement practices

Note: This position is location agnostic to support collaboration across various time zones and affiliates within our Areas. Compensation, benefits and employment regulations will vary depending on the country in which the position is based. Regular business travel will be required, especially during onboarding and periods of intensive collaboration.
