Your mission
We are looking for a Show Producer in the Show Team for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, to work for a temporary period from January 2025 to the end of May. The role involves a work volume of approximately 60 working days (January to March approx. 40%, April and May approx. 100%). As part of the ESC Show Team, your tasks will be the following:
- conceptualization and responsibility for the dramaturgical staging of the running orders for all three Eurovision shows (semi-finals 1 and 2, final)
- supervising live show content
- approving all VT elements, e.g. postcards and opening films
- acting as SPOC for on-air design
- acting as SPOC for Arena Plus regarding show content
- approving presenter scripts/acting as sparring partner for head writer
- guiding presenters together with head writer
- holding run-through meetings in collaboration with the director
- controlling and monitoring the show in the OB truck
- participating in team meetings and creative workshops
- acting as deputy for the Head of Show
Your profile
- You like to take responsibility and ownership
- You are proactive
- You are fluent in spoken and written English; German or French would be useful as a second language
- You have several years' experience as a show producer in Switzerland or abroad
- You are a team player
- You work well under pressure
