The Position
The Aspire MAKE team is a core group based in Kaiseraugst, responsible for the global SAP implementation. We are leading the development of a standardised template that will later be rolled out to sites worldwide, shaping the future of operations across our global network. As part of our mission, we aim to streamline processes and create scalable, efficient solutions for our company’s manufacturing and logistics needs.
To bring more structure, we are looking for a person to support us in combining the created project documents with a business process management approach and exploring how existing knowledge can be better protected and to support us cleaning up the document in the first way.
Main Tasks
Support ASPIRE MAKE team in setting up SmartSearch (AI enabled) of project documentation

Screening of ASPIRE MAKE project drives

Review documents with support of ASPIRE MAKE team

Clustering of documents from drives

Develop structured storage concept
-
Collaboration with cross functional team on on document management and align content

Support MAKE Team in other ad hoc Activities such as preparing Slidedeck or powerpoints

Who you are
-
You are currently enrolled at university (Bachelor/Master), or you finished your studies in the last 12 months, ideally in the field of information management or Industrial Engineering

Due to regulations, non-EU/non-EFTA citizens need to provide a certificate from the university stating that an internship is mandatory and stating its length, as well as a certificate of enrollment since the project location will be Kaiseraugst/Switzerland .
Furthermore, You bring the following skills:

Student of information technology preferable, logistics management, or equivalent

Interest in working in international team with some flexibility

Good Knowledge of Google product and MS Office

English language is a must
-
German is a plus
