Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for Tricentis' quality engineering platform.

Lead the development of compelling product and platform messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate Tricentis in the market.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, marketing, and customer success to align product and go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches and campaigns.

Conduct market and customer research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights, and use these insights to inform product and marketing strategy.

Define and oversee the creation of high-impact marketing assets, including sales collateral, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and website content, to support product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.

Drive thought leadership initiatives to establish Tricentis as a trusted authority in software testing/quality engineering space, including speaking engagements, webinars, blog posts, and industry reports.

Develop and manage relationships with key industry influencers, analysts, and partners to amplify Tricentis' message and extend our reach in the market.

Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing programs and initiatives, and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the product marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, marketing, or related field.

15+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of success in B2B software or technology industries. Specific experience in software testing and quality engineering is preferred.

Expertise with enterprise technology, including major ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, etc), popular business applications (Salesforce, Workday, etc), as well as custom application/web/mobile development.

Deep understanding of product marketing principles and best practices, with experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex software solutions.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans and initiatives.

Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to distill complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging.

Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience building and leading high-performing teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
