Job Title : Visual Merchandising Coordinator
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Responsible for optimizing ZEISS consumer experience in digital/offline touchpoints.
- Drive corporate visual merchandising plan to creativity expand the visual presentation and elevate ZEISS Vision Center.
- Take direction from the management team to plan and prioritize digital/offline visual activities in ZEISS Vision Center.
- Deliver the seasonal Brand Visual Merchandising guidelines to our business partners.
- Ensure adherence to all visual standards throughout all ZEISS Vision Center in Korea and ensure the visibility is consistent.
- Create various POSM in line with the guidelines from HQ.
- Maintain awareness of competition and react appropriately through visual solutions to train, develop, guide and supervise in ZEISS Vision Center.
- Develop budget plan, optimize resources and cost control.
- Leverage merchandise presentation in support of sales generation.
- Work with Sales & Marketing to plan and execute visual presentation for company events.
- Closely work with agency to create and manage digital/offline visual merchandising materials.
- Other visual merchandising related project
The essential requirements of the job include:
- University degree
- Min. 5 years of experiences in retail merchandising and inventory planning in beauty / FMCG industry preferred
- Fluent in English both verbal & written
- Experience with ERP system, SAP is preferred
- Strong numerical and analytical skill
- Great attention to details
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build relationships across diverse departments
