Wingtra provides efficient and reliable data solutions to a variety of industries ranging from mining, construction and agriculture to humanitarian organizations, environmentalists and wildlife monitoring groups.

This fast growth requires solid financial planning, controlling, and management. That's where you come in. You'll join a dynamic four person team that covers all aspects of finance, legal affairs, insurance, office management, administration, and more. Depending on your seniority and proficiency, you will support, co-manage, or own the following tasks:

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial closing and reporting processes for CH/US/HR regions in collaboration with the senior controller
• Drive continuous improvements in our finance setup and processes to align with Wingtra’s growth
• Ensure efficient internal contract management
• Act as a finance business partner for both internal and external stakeholders
• Provide support to other departments with financial models and quantitative analysis
• Manage the company's insurance plans
• Lead or support administrative and other special projects
• Leading the extended finance team as process owner

Requirements

• Higher education degree in finance or accounting, or relevant certification
• 2-3 year of working experience in finance, accounting, or controlling
• Demonstrated ability to learn, grow, and take on responsibilities in a multinational environment
• Ability to foster a positive group/work dynamic where team members perform at their best
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting and finance principles
• Structured, reliable, and precise work ethic
• Business fluency in both English and German
• Proficiency in or willingness to learn working with complex spreadsheets
• Experience with Eastern European (ideally Croatian) rules and regulations is a plus
• Enthusiasm for working with highly technical products and supporting the global scaling of a leading company
