Your challenges during the Internship

In this 6-month internship, you will develop a “Breakdown AI” solution for TCS@Home, integrated into our existing TCS App. The goal is to assist members in diagnosing and resolving common household issues independently, using AI to evaluate problems and provide actionable solutions.

If self-help is insufficient, the system will initiate the case acceptance process, including:

• A detailed problem statement
• Images and descriptions of the issue
• A summary of prior problem-solving attempts to assist specialists

Your contribution will help streamline assistance, reduce unnecessary service calls, and empower users to handle small problems effectively.

Your key challenges will include:

• Market Research: Analyze existing AI solutions and identify best practices for self-service problem-solving
• Solution Design: Design, test, and iterate the AI solution to ensure it meets user needs
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, technical specialists, and external partners
• Technical Solution Definition: Define and develop the technical architecture and AI logic for problem diagnosis
• Interface Development: Create a user-friendly and intuitive interface integrated into the TCS App
• Prototype & Testing: Build and test prototypes, gather user feedback, and adapt the tool based on real-world insights
• MVP Creation: Develop a working MVP that enables users to self-diagnose issues and escalate cases seamlessly

This Will Help You Get Started

• A hands-on mindset with an understanding of common household problems and their solutions
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles for creating user-centric applications
• Proficiency in machine learning (ML) and generative AI engines for problem evaluation and assistance
• Skills in software engineering and programming, especially in mobile application development
• A strong interest in AI and data science, particularly in creating practical, real-world solutions
