Job Description Summary
The role is lead and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies across the high-voltage substations and HVDC Converter station projects, both onshore and offshore. This role requires an in-depth understanding of BIM processes in alignment with ISO 19650 standards and the ability to coordinate multiple projects effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provides technical expertise in BIM and develops technical solutions (configuration, performance estimation, economics, etc.) as part of the pre-ITO (requisition) process while interfacing with the commercial team. And continue with operation execution period.
- Deliver high technical quality proposals in BIM including processes & programs that make the proposals more accepted (compliant or clarified), effective, and cost competitive to the customer with reduced overall-performance risk.
- Manage and audit 3D models, perform clash detection, and oversee IFC exchanges, augmented reality applications, and virtual construction reviews.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle, in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Edit templates, manage shared parameters, set up view templates, and maintain standardized outputs for drawings and technical documents.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with BIM standards, quality control, and model management practices across all project teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or relevant background
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of experience as BIM Coordinator role or similar in a global organization
- Experience in management Building, plus Information Modeling (BIM) strategies across HV substations and HVDC Converter station projects, both onshore and offshore.
- Experience with project risk management, financial processes, and global tendering requirements.
- Familiar with project technical management processes, preferably in a multi-disciplinary team’s context with multiple interfaces
- First experience in managing subcontracted design work package (preferably externally)
- Basic expertise in the HV design of HV Substations and Distribution equipment & systems, electrical substation. Knowledge of equipment installation, construction, and field operations.
- Knowledge of project estimating methods and cost engineering theory.
- Knowledge of substation protection & control schemes, SCADA communication systems, factory and site testing, commissioning methods, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of and experience using Institute of Electrical & Electronic Engineers (IEEE) & American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards and codes such as the National Electric Code (NEC) and NESC.
- Well Experience in using CAD and Revit program with 2D and 3D.
- Well Experience in using Microsoft Office
