• Your mission at Climeworks is to fight climate change by helping our customers accelerate their Net Zero roadmap through best-in-class Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR).
• You drive CW’s commercial strategy in selected key industries (e.g., tech, telco, etc.).
• You advise CW’s customers on best-in-class CDR to achieve Net Zero commitments.
• You continuously innovate CW’s value proposition in different industries based on first-hand market feedback.

• You hold a university degree from a leading institution and a strong academic track record.
• You have at least 2-3 years’ professional experience in a top-tier company with strategic and commercial scope as well as client-facing responsibilities.
• You possess excellent problem-solving, written & verbal communication, and client interaction skills.
• You have a deep knowledge of net-zero strategies/roadmaps and a strong understanding of the CDR market.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude.
• You are capable of self-directed & independent execution and your exceptional people skills set you apart.
• You are proficient in English.
• You are willing to travel occasionally.
