Your main tasks

You will find new insights and exciting challenges for you in the following areas:

  • Dive into technical evaluations to challenge your skills and expand your knowledge.
  • Lead, coordinate, and monitor various internal and external projects, contributing to company success.
  • Collaborate with different departments for optimized requirement engineering and project realization.
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing innovative technologies to keep us at the forefront of the industry.
  • Work directly with our CTO/CIO, gaining hands-on experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Engage with top-level management from day one for a unique learning opportunity.

What we're looking for in you

  • A motivated trainee eager to learn and grow into a skilled project manager.
  • A forward-thinker interested in building a long-term career with us through mentorship and hands-on experience.
  • A solid understanding of technical concepts and processes with a strong desire to enhance project evaluation and management skills.
  • A structured approach to work, enabling you to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong strategic planning and communication skills to lead projects and convey technical information clearly.
  • Background or big interest in Information Technology, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Fluency in English and German (oral and written).
  • Interest or experience in the eCommerce industry as a bonus.

  • Budget and Resource Management – Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost analysis effectively.
  • Change Management – Lead teams through organizational changes and technology transitions.
