In this role, you will:

Build digital Business Technology platforms; designs solutions for an increasingly connected world Develops, deliver and maintains as MDG - Technical Consultant to ensure business requirements are converted into working solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.

Solutions will need to be innovative and s/he seek opportunities for automation of tasks, and are consistent with organization objectives Work with the agile development team to help scope and design products for resiliency, redundancy, supportability, and scalability. Ensure performance to system architecture, standards and best practices.

Work with the agile development team to help scope and design products for resiliency, redundancy, supportability, and scalability Ensure performance to system architecture, standards and best practices Explore SAP DQM, SAP MDG, AI/ML and Cognitive RPA opportunities to automate Data Quality, master data integration tasks.

Design, implement and support the detailed master data components of all analytical (enterprise data warehouse/enterprise BI) as well as enterprise operational projects for master data domains, enterprise hierarchies, master data integration and data quality, etc.

Collaborate with project teams and architects on all aspects of MDG architecture (MDG data model, SAP MDM, Master data tools, data integration, master data quality, MDM operations, master data security, etc.) Deliver per established methodologies for enterprise projects with a Master data component, such as technical requirements, design patterns, code reviews and testing procedures.

Regularly interact with leadership on project work status and priority setting. Transfer knowledge to support resources to ensure environment supportability, stability and sustainability. Work with source system, SME’s and business teams to determine which source systems are the best sources (and targets where applicable) of Master Data for the MDM system.

Exposure to latest technologies on master data management & governance (SAP MDG), SAP ECC/S4 data experience, leading functional/data driven roles and tools experience Collaboration and Engagement – Engage with SMEs and BPs, align to Organizational Objectives and Deliver Solution across multiple Master & Transactional Objects Deliver per established methodologies for enterprise projects with an Enterprise data component, such as technical requirements, design patterns, code reviews and testing procedures Present to change control boards for validated systems to implement development into production Regularly interact with leadership on project work status and priority setting.

5 years+ experience of Information Technology experience
-
Minimum 2 end to end implementation in MDG in any of the standard master data module.
-
4 year+ experience in SAP S4 HANA ABAP based programming and hands-on ABAP OOPs Programming & Debugging
-
Experience in Object Oriented Programming, Interfacing Techniques, Enhancement Framework, Webdynpro, Floor Plan Manager, BRF Plus, BADI and replication framework like IDOC and SOA services.

Knowledge on HANA is desired
-
Experience working within ITS Projects and/or Programs.

Global capability delivery experience
-
Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.

Proficient in SAP MDG platform and experience in adapting all Components available within SAP MDG Platform and their Methodology.

Experience with any or the SAP ECC/S4 modules such as: SD, MM, FICO, PP, QM & PM

Global capability delivery experience

Ability to influence multiple levels on highly technical issues and challenges

Proven experience in navigating complex organizations, creative problem solving, and rational experimentation

Self starter and proactive in identifying and driving opportunities

Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.

Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory
