Reporting to the RGM & Commercial Excellence Lead, the RGM Consumer Lead is responsible for driving pricing & mix levers execution to achieve profitable growth of our consumer tissue category.
Role Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategic execution of pricing and product mix strategies tailored to each market’s unique commercial goals. This involves a deep understanding of competitive dynamics and the ability to adapt go-to-market models effectively. You will analyze margin leakage, price sensitivity, promotion effectiveness, price pack architecture, market trends, and competitor actions to optimize pricing structures and product offerings.
- Lead the optimization of trade investment by the markets with tools and methodology to increase return on investment, plan and manage trade promotions and allowances, beside of guarantee the right governance of the investments.
- Cultivate robust working relationships with key stakeholders, including country commercial leaders, the finance team, and the supply chain team. This involves regular communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and operational goals. Your ability to build trust and rapport will be essential in embedding RGM agenda and achieving seamless coordination.
- Take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) and effectively communicate these insights to relevant stakeholders, providing clear recommendations to drive decision-making and optimize performance. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that pricing and product mix strategies are both data-driven and aligned with market demands.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, commercial excellence, and business intelligence teams, leveraging each other’s expertise to support country teams and allow faster execution.

Essential Requirements
- Good knowledge of consumer goods go-to-market models, channels, and price architecture (incl. omni-channel pricing, discounts, commercial policy).
- At least 7 years of experience in Pricing, Marketing, Sales, or Finance.
- In-depth experience in working with financial data, category & market data (across APAC) to identify commercial opportunities including commercial project experience with emphasis on leading / influencing change
- Strong stakeholder management skill.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (lookup, index-match, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint.
- Able to independently look for continuous improvement opportunities and leverage best practices.
- Proven track record on applying business insights & RGM analytics to achieve business objectives.
