Job Description
OBJECTIVES :
- Manage client relationships, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This involves regular communication, understanding their needs and concerns, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Ensure client satisfaction,
- Drive revenue growth: identifying opportunities to increase revenue. This involves understanding the business needs and goals
- Identify new business opportunities: researching potential clients, understanding their needs and goals, and developing strategies to win their business.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Developing business plan, derived from the brand plan and national sales plan, to drive the sales of Takeda’s Genetic Deseases and Immunology brands in the territory
- Developing and maintaining an expert level of disease, product, competitor, ecosystem knowledge, share insights and have the curiosity to continually enhance that understanding.
- KOL management : maintaining regular communication with healthcare professionals at all levels using the most suitable channel available and maximise customer engagement.
- Team coordination: The account lead is accountable for coordinating with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Performance metrics: meeting performance metrics, such as revenue targets, client satisfaction scores, and project delivery timelines.
- Local market access working collaboratively with the National Access Manager.
- Budget holder accountable for making sound business decisions that benefit the business and ultimately the patient.
- A deep comprehension of compliance is a must, strictly following the relevant code of practice
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Relationship building to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and concerns, and address any issues that arise.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and solve problems that arise during client engagements

- Adaptability to adapt to changing client needs, market conditions, and internal processes to ensure that the company is meeting client expectations and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, managerial, interpersonal and relationship
- Demonstrates a high level of capability in omni-channel engagement to drive business objectives.
- Commitment toward customer and patient orientation
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS & Experience
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Health Sciences (biologist, pharmacist, physician, dentist)
- Minimum 3 years of prior medical specialty sales experience, preferably in related
- therapeutic fields.
- Therapeutic knowledge is preferred (but not required) with a proven ability to quickly gain in-depth understanding of the therapy area
- Experience in the fields of oncology or/and genetic diseases, hematology is an asset
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in French (knowledge in of English is an asset)
