Senior Business Partner Controller

Key Responsibilities:
- A steering to ensure achievement of the annual progress targets set by the Region for MLK, in line with the strategic plan, and other initiatives for improvements on Profit, Planet, and People while managing limited resources to deliver the planned financial results.
- Current year monitoring of forecasts, corrective action plans, and opportunities to avoid large zero surprises.
- Reviewing and challenging the time and cost estimates of Investment projects, activity, and progress action portfolios managed by Business Unit leaders, with the ultimate goal of achieving the planned results on time.
- Guarantees the application of Group principles within the entity: respect of the financial standards (Internal Control and standards from the Director of Finance and performance departments),
- Guarantees the quality of information flows on economic achievements and challenges.
- Greater standardization of methods and procedures, independence, and ability to enforce standardized procedures, in particular by supporting shared service models.
- The position in every respect requires the candidate to act as a business partner in support of achieving the CFO's goals.
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field & Masters is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ of demonstrated experience in relevant areas.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
- Sound knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies and drive organizational change.
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment with a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem solving
